Acceptance of Registration

On completion of an online course(s) registration(s) for a CPEE event, your registration(s) is now accepted and payment in due.

Payment Terms

Payment is required on standard invoice terms (14 days unless otherwise stated) or prior to the scheduled course commencement date, whichever is earlier. If payment is not made CPEE reserves the right to cancel the registration(s).

We may add a penalty fee to late or unpaid accounts. We may pass on any outstanding debt to a debt collection servivce.

We recommend paying by Credit Card to ensure that an invoice is generated immediately.

Cancellations of Registrations

  • Cancellations made 10 working days or more prior to the events start date: Full refund
  • Cancellations within 9-5 working days of the event start date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 5 working days of the events start date or after the event has started: No refund.

Transfer of Registrations

There is no additional fee to transfer a registrant(s) to another event 10 working days or more prior to the event start date. You will be charged or refunded any differences in the event price. Transfers within 10 working days prior to the event start date will be treated as per cancellations or registrations above.

Change or Registrant

You can change the registrant on an event to another person within your organisation at any time prior to the staging of the course by written notification.

Change of Contact Details

Please let us know any change of address, phone numbers or email in case we need to contact you. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current contact details.

Cancellation of Events

From time to time CPEE may be required to cancel or reschedule an event due to a number of factors. If you have registerded for an event that is cancelled or rescheduled you will be notified either by telephone or by your primary order contact email.

If an event is cancelled, we will issue a full refund. If an event is rescheduled you will be provided with the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled event date or issued with a full refund. If we are not able to contact you, or no response is provided, then we will issue a full refund.

CPEE is not liable for any transportation, accommodation or other costs that a delegate or booking organisation may incur as a result of a course cancellation.
